Move Forward, Trinity Lutheran Church, Brattleboro, VT, March 27, 2022 Job 2:13 Seven days and nights they sat there with Job without saying a word. They could see how deeply he was suffering. Guilt and anger grip us when bad things happen. Why did I do what I did? Or, why did that happen to me? Why all the suffering? Do we deserve the bad or good we end with? Jesus says stay away from guilt and anger. Jesus said to the people – look at what is (accept) and seek what God can do (move forward). Accept what is and move forward. Ask God to lead you forward. Pastor Jon Heydenreich presides, joined by Jeff Herman-May as assistant minister, Beverly Wolf as lector, and Laura Josephs our musician.
