- Exodus 3 and 4 Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh… Suppose the Israelites ask me, ‘What is God’s name?’ ……“What if they do not believe me…. Finally Moses said to the Lord, “ I have never been eloquent…”
- God calls Moses to lead the Israelites to freedom from slavery. Moses is called way out of his comfort zone, and he makes lots of excuses. God says, in effect, ‘Look, there is a better future out there for you and for them. Get up and go! I will give you what you need.’
- Where is God calling you? Forget the excuses.
