- The disciples walked with Jesus but they did not recognize him. In one sense they were wrapped up in their own thoughts and that pre-occupation blinded them to the presence of Christ.
- We can so distracted by our own thoughts that we do not see the goodness before us, we do not hear the person next to us. Pay attention, be present today, live in the moment.
