- Matthew 22:14 Jesus said, “Many are called but only a few make it.”
- We know folks whose lifestyle may have put them in the Dr.’s office, hospital, or on the verge of death. They might change out of fear. But once fear subsides a bit, there is a pull to go back to the old “natural” ways. The other motivating impulse is to live out of faith in what life can be. We reach for that vision instead of running from death.
- It may be that the people who live out of faith in what God can provide (versus living out of fear) is a small group.
- The invitation is there. No RSVP needed, just show up, ready.
- Pastor Jon Heydenreich presides, with Ron Solberg assisting, Lynne Stone as reader, and Marsha Heydenreich on piano.
- No matter who you are in your walk of faith, or where you are in that journey, you are invited to the communion table at Trinity Lutheran Church. Trinity Lutheran Church is an ELCA congregation, more or less traditional and relaxed, and a Reconciling in Christ congregation where all are welcome.
