- Matthew 17:1 After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light.
- When we look at people as children of God we might find it in us to spend time listening in order to understand. We may never agree but we can understand. Such understanding is the beginning of wisdom. But it starts with the way we “see” people.
- When they looked at Jesus – he was surrounded by light. May we see those around us – as surrounded by light. They, too, are children of God. Maybe then we can get along.
