- Today Pastor Jon uses three jars with tinted water to demonstrate how life can become off balance. The green jar represents money, red represents family and blue represents faith. When we look at life through the lens of our job, or the love of money, we can become off balance. Or, when we look at life through the lens of our loved ones, those family issues and problems can throw us off balance. But when we look through the lens of faith we find balance.
