I Want To Live In Day Three, Easter Sunday, Trinity Lutheran Church, Brattleboro, VT, April 17, 2022 John 20:14 She turned around and saw Jesus standing there but she did not realize it was Jesus… The Jesus who rose was not easily recognized, but clearly they experienced Christ's presence, as being alive with them. He said in communion – this is my presence. I am with you. He told them, “I will be with you until the end of time.” He taught – the kingdom of God (where does God live – in God’s kingdom) is within you. From Friday the day of crucifixion, to Sunday the day of resurrection. Three days. What day do I want to live in? The story of Resurrection is about life. Jesus came that we may have abundant life. Easter is about the possibility and potential we have with God. Day Three people seek to live a life of abundance rich with possibility and promise. Easter is about living in Day Three. Pastor Jon Heydenreich presides, joined by Marsha Heydenreich as Assistant Minister, Beverly Wolf as reader, and Laura Josephs as musician. No matter who you are in your walk of faith, or where you are in that journey, you are invited to the communion table at Trinity Lutheran Church.
