Washington County Mental Health Services, addresses mental health needs and substance abuse disorders. During COVID-19, their services have been critical to Vermonters already needing their help, but also the scores of other Vermonters finding themselves in critical need of support. In this video, Vermont Senate President Tim Ashe speaks with Mona Karia, who runs the Single Steps, an adult residential-based program, Jackie Jones, who oversees the Urgent Care program, and Mary Moulton, the Executive Director of Washingtoun County Mental Health Services.
