- 817 reads
On September 26, 2018, West River Valley Thrives (WRVT), in collaboration with the Windham County Prevention Partnership - including the Brattleboro Area Prevention Coalition, Deerfield Valley Community Partnership, and Greater Falls Connections - sponsored a community dialogue night on "Youth and the Impact of Vermont's Marijuana Law." An expert panel of Vermont legislators, prevention specialists, clinicians, school staff, and law enforcement provided a wide range of perspectives on the drafting of the law, scientific studies, law enforcement first-hand accounts, clinical perspectives, and statistics collected from statistically significant surveys from prevention coalition directors and Vermont Department of Health experts.
