Learn about the proposed collaborative efforts of Windham County Consortium On Substance Use (COSU) to address substance use prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery efforts in Windham County and the grants providing initial support.

You are invited to attend the Windham County Consortium on Substance Use (COSU) launch on proposed actions to address the devastating impacts of heroin, fentanyl and other substances on Windham County.  Additional details will be shared on proposed collaborative prevention, harm reduction, treatment and recovery efforts. These efforts will be bolstered by a three-year, $1 million federal Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) grant as well as a VT Department of Health Community Action grant through the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, both awarded to COSU and its fiscal agent, Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont, Inc. (HCRS), starting on September 1st, 2019.
