Strolling of the Heifers Press Conference at River Garden 11/15/13

Strolling of the Heifers Parade founder Orly Munzing hosted members of the Stroll team, along with Building a Better Brattleboro (BaBB) members, and the press for this midday gathering to witness as the Strolling of the Heifers officially took the reins of the much discussed downtown structure, the Robert H. Gibson River Garden.
