Description:
A panel of community essential workers and students discuss how the COVID crisis has impacted them, their families, and our local community. We will discuss how those impacts differ based on perceived gender, income level, race, age, abilities, and other factors. This event is intended to inform participants about the significant disparities which already exist in our community, but are amplified when a crisis occurs, as a basis for generating momentum for future discussion and corrective action.
