Description:

July 9, 2021: Vermont had a housing crisis before the COVID-19 pandemic. But, during the shutdown, the state launched several programs to ensure people had safe places to live. Two examples include an eviction moratorium and an emergency housing program that placed homeless Vermonters in hotels. Now that the State of Emergency is ending, so are these programs. Paul Dragon, executive director of the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity is this week's guest.
