The 2012 Governors Awards for Excellence in the Arts: Presented by the Vermont Arts Council

Last month, four of Vermont's most popular and prolific artist were honored by Governor Peter Shumlin at the Latchis Theatre in Brattleboro. Authors Karen Hesse and Archer Mayor, Cellist Sharon Robinson, and Teacher and Professional Clown Stephen Stearns were presented "The Governors Award for Excellence in the Arts" by the Vermont Arts Council.
