Description:

Alex Wilson, with the Resilient Design Institute speaks on the need for resilience in housing to face the effects of climate change.  as defined by him Resilience is the capacity to adapt to changing conditions and to maintain or regain functionality and vitality in the face of stress or disturbance. It is the capacity to bounce back after a disturbance or interruption. From Katrina to Sandy, California drought to Mississippi flooding. Resilience is both response and action.
