- BCTV Public Meeting Coverage Policy
- In accordance with Vermont Open Meeting Law and BCTV's mission to promote civic engagement and transparency, BCTV's policy is to provide gavel-to-gavel coverage of the public meetings we record. Anyone who speaks at a public meeting which is recorded by BCTV will be included in the video. Requests for exceptions to this policy will be referred to the Executive Director.
- Meetings held by online videoconference are subject to malicious disruption by hackers. If the business of a meeting held electronically is fully interrupted by a hacker with what appears to be malicious intent, the disrupted portion may be blocked and muted on the live video and deleted from the broadcast video. A complete version of the meeting will be archived.
