Testimonial for Tom French at The American Legion 6/19/22

Officers of The American Legion, local, state and soon to be National Commander celebrated retired attorney Tom French. Vice Admiral Barry Costello wrote: Tom – Congratulation on your recognition as the Vermont Legionaire of the Year. This recognition is well-deservered and reflects the gratitude of the many veterans that you assisted as they tried to navigate the labyrinth of the V.A. System. Your skills, passion for justice, leadership and tenacity, have resulted in recovery of funds for our most deserving citizens. (many of whom are here, or their widows are here) Their lives have been changed for the better because you and they will forever see you as their brother. As we have discussed in the past, if you made a tangible, positive difference in the lives of others, that is the definition of a life well-lived. In your case it is certainly true. I am proud of you and honored to count . among your admirers and friends. All the best, very specially,   Vice Admiral Barry Costello USN
