Presenters: Becca Balint, Windham County State Senator & Katie Buckley, Commissioner for Housing and Community Development, State of Vermont & Jen Holler, Director of Policy for the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board.

They discuss the directions that Vermont affordable housing is developing.  The discuss the cooperation between State Agencies, local community groups and housing related non-profits.  The development of affordable housing in the the Algeirs part of Guilford, VT, on a site that had been abandoned building and junk sites.  They also discussed issues and projects aimed at helping the local homeless.  The Lamplighter project on  Putney Road is the current example in Brattleboro.  The possible roles for tiny houses in the housing mix were also considered.  They took questions from audience members.
