Originally from Puerto Rico, Eduardo is the Communications Manager at the ECDC Multicultural Center helping New Vermonters, mainly from Afghanistan, settle into life in Brattleboro. He is also a photographer and photo-journalist, and has taught at the InSight Photography Center here in town.
