Be Alert, Trinity Lutheran Church, Brattleboro, VT, November 28, 2021 1 Thessalonians 5:6: Let us not be like others who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled.... We live with the sense that there are things we "have" to do. Take control of it instead of allowing it to control you. Be aware...where am I today...at this moment? Take 10 minutes for yourself, breath, meditate, pause. It is this pause - this waking up - that can put a perspective on all the emotional pressure. Look for Gods presence. Live in Peace.
