Tracy Dolan 9/15/21

This interview introduces Tracy Dolan in her new role as Vt. Director of Refugee Resettlement. Tracy has been working for years as Deputy Director of the Vt Dept of Health and has a prominent role in Vermonts successful navigation of the Covid Pandemic. Having worked overseas prior to 2000, including in Afghanistan, Tracy has a long time interest in helping refugees and brings the skills and commitment to help this work in Vermont. The interview highlights that while Tracy is eminently qualified, she has only been on the job , two weeks, and is still climbing the learning curve.
