Held at the Brattleboro VFW Post 1034.

The forum convened a panel with perspective of combat veterans, from resistance to the war, from family members, and from the post-war generation.

Ernest Hebert, Veteran, Former Keene State Student and now professor of English at Dartmouth, Ernie Perham, 1st Cav. U.S Army Veteran, Josh Curtis, Brattleboro Union H.S. Junior, Tristam B. Johnson Jr., U.S. Airforce Veteran (and moderator of the panel) composed the panel.

They were interrogated of five questions: 

1. Where were you during Vietnam?

2. How did the Vietnam War impact you?

3. Who influenced your thinking?

4. How has the Vietnam experience influenced your life since?

5. What do you hope for now?

The overall hope of this forum is that everyone will leave with a more compassionate understanding and empathetic feeling about the period and the people who served.
