Juno Singles: Dana Maiben - Vermont Seasons

During the COVID pandemic, Juno Orchestra commissioned four composers to craft a 10-15 minute work for string orchestra. In this episode, we feature Dana Maiben. Juno Singles is a rolling four-part, collaborative project, including music creation, orchestral interpretation, acrobatic response, and (finally) a full-blown, in person event: Getting Back Together! Juno Orchestra https://junoorchestra.org/ Based in Brattleboro, Vermont, Juno Orchestra is a multi-year musical exploration that engages top-flight area musicians and curious audiences. Juno creates space and time for an expert chamber orchestra to explore and present compelling known and perhaps unknown works for small orchestra.
