The Chalet - Welcome Home

Groundworks Collaborative and the Windham & Windsor Housing Trust have opened 27 new units of permanent supportive housing at The Chalet in West Brattleboro, VT. This former motel is now permanent housing with on-site support services for residents who had previously experienced homelessness in the greater-Brattleboro area. Many thanks to flimmaker, Akhil Srivastava—owner of Lifestream Films and an Advocate at Groundworks Shelter—for crafting this beautiful tribute to this property and the story of the love Mr. and Mrs. Dalem put into building this history-rich Chalet.
