Ep 16 - Gary Hilliard

Today we are pleased to introduce Gary Hilliard who is the case management supervisor at Senior Solutions, the Council on Aging for Southeastern Vermont. Gary will tell us a bit about himself and about one of the difficult situations some aging individuals find themselves in: Self-Neglect. Now that Adult Protective Services no longer investigates those issues, the Councils on Aging have assumed that responsibility. Gary is a great resource and demonstrates to us all how working in a compassionate and lighthearted manner can often result in better, more positive outcomes.
