Northern Roots 2021

Welcome to the 14th annual Northern Roots Festival concert! The Brattleboro Music Center's Northern Roots Festival is a showcase for northern musical traditions including Irish, Scottish, French Canadian, New England, Scandinavian and, this year, Shetland. Held in Brattleboro, Vermont, the evening concert is one of the keystones of this event, which also includes workshops and sessions. This year we are pleased to present Dylan Foley(fiddle:Ireland, Scotland), Pascal Gemme and Nicholas Williams(fiddle, podorythmie, piano, flute:Quebec), Kevin Henderson(fiddle:Shetland), the Gawler Family(song), along with Traddleboro 2021 and the traditional finale.
