Presented as the keynote speech for the 2015 Southern Vermont Dance Festival this talk from Billbob Brown entitled 'Reframing the Arts in America' focuses on the role of speed, time, and space in relation to dance.

Billbob Brown is the co-founder of the Chaos Theory Dance Company and Chair of the Dance Department at the Performing Arts Academy of Hong Kong. He is also a former Professor of Dance at UMASS Amherst.
