Orientation to BCTV

What is BCTV? How does public access television work? What equipment and facilities are available to me as a local resident? Ask these questions and any others you may have, no cost or commitment required. If you like, stay afterwards for Producer’s Night to watch clips and hear active producers talk about their projects.
