The documentary Two Spirits continues the Community Cinema series in Brattleboro with the story of Fred Martinez was one of the youngest hate-crime victims in modern history when he was brutally murdered at 16. The film explores the life and death of a boy who was also a girl, and the essentially spiritual nature of gender. Join Marlboro College Dean of Students Ken Schneck at the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center following the films advanced screening for a discussion of the work and it's relevance to the community.
