In a recent article in the Brattleboro Reformer, Darah outlined several ideas which he intends to pursue: establishing a mechanism for receiving additional grants and increase the sources of grant funding;and doing more with community outreach - resolving disputes and community-based issues in forums other than the court and the adversarial process
