37:48 - Article 4: Shall the voters of the school district approve the school board to expend $3,303,760, which is the amount the school board has determined to be necessary for the ensuing fiscal year?

1:27:51 - Article 5: To see whether the voters will request of the WSESU Act 46 Study Committee:

• • A full and thorough examination of the feasibility of alternatives to any plan involving the Putney Town School Board merging with the other towns of the WSESU into one unified School District with the consequent elimination of the Putney Town School Board, and possible closure of the Putney Town School in ensuing years.
• • A brief report outlining the pros and cons of a merger and alternatives to a merger, to be presented to voters at least a month before voters are asked to vote upon any proposed governance change.

3:51:53 - Article 15: To see if the Town will authorize the Selectboard to establish a Roof Replacement Reserve Fund by transferring money from the Capital Reserve Fund in the amount of $10,000.

4:02:26 - Article 16: To see if the Town will authorize the Selectboard to establish a Sidewalk Reserve Fund by transferring money from the Capital Reserve Fund in the amount of $10,000.
