Shall the Voters authorize the transfer of the prior year Revenue Surplus of $144,359.00 to the following funds: $55,814.00 to pay the FY18 Bond payment on the new Town Garage, $50,000.00 to be moved to the Town Building Reserve Fund and $38,545.00 to lower the amount of taxes to be raised.

1:17:20 - Article V: Shall the voters of the Jamaica School District approve the school board to expend $1,224,838 which is the amount the school board has determined to be necessary for the ensuing fiscal year?

Shall the voters authorize the elimination of the Office of Lister and replace it with a professionally qualified assessor appointed by the Selectboard who shall have the same powers, discharge the same duties, proceed in the discharge thereof in the same manner, and be subject to the same liabilities as are prescribed for Listers or the board of Listers under the provisions of Title 32?
