Gov-Elect Peter Shumlin makes his way back down to Windham County for his Homecoming Reception hosted at the Brattleboro Museum and Arts Center on January 5, 2011 in Brattleboro, VT. The program kicks off with with a pre-event interview with the soon to be Governor as BCTV Access Coordinator Frederic Noyes talks to Peter about his return to the county that helped nurture his political career, as well as the controversies swirling around BCTV's potential termination as the cable provider for Shumlin's hometown.
