BCTV is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies on donations and underwriting to bridge the gap between the cable subscriber fees we receive and the cost of the services BCTV provides. While subscriber fees create a baseline budget for our operations, we are constantly trying to do more with every dollar and stay current in a world of rapidly-evolving technology.
BCTV membership is open to anyone who is:
- a resident of Windham County
- enrolled in a diploma or degree program at an educational institution located in Windham County
- employed by a business located in Windham County
- an employee, member, or volunteer of a non-profit organization located in Windham County and serving residents of Windham County.
Our annual membership fee is designed to be affordable and provide access to our equipment and facilities. If the fee is a barrier, contact us about a waiver.
BCTV also has an Organizational Membership Program to make it easy for nonprofits to use BCTV.
